Why Do I Need An OSUWireless ID and PIN?
As an OSU faculty, staff, student or college/department sponsored guest, your OSUWireless ID and PIN are your passport to free wireless access from any OSUWireless Hot Spots on campus! NOTE: OSUWireless Hot Spots are available in a limited number of campus locations only.
You should always use your OSUWireless ID and PIN whenever you log onto an OSUWireless Hot Spot. Your OSU Internet Username and password will not work on the wireless network.
QUICK TIP: When configuring your mobile device to enable the proper security OR when you first log on to an OSUWireless Hot Spot, be sure to save your OSUWireless ID and PIN once you've entered it. This way the information is saved and you do not have to remember it each time you log on.
NOTE: Your OSUWireless ID and PIN are pre-assigned. You cannot change your OSUWireless ID or PIN. If you believe your PIN has been stolen or compromised, contact OIT Technical Support for assistance.
